How to Play Peg Solitaire
The rules for Peg Solitaire are very simple, winning the game can be very tricky.
The object of the game is to remove all the marbles from the board except one. In most cases, this must be in the hole in the centre of the board (the hole that is empty at the start of the game), the exception being the European Board where the finishing hole is marked.
You remove marbles by jumping the marble in the hole to one side over to the empty hole on the other. The following image shows an example with a choice of two possible moves for the highlighted marble:

It is the same simple rules for each of the four boards, but each board throws up its own particular challenges as the number of marbles and layout are different.
Have fun.
